By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Verbum Astro ("the App"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Verbum Astro is a free iOS application that provides:

• Daily oracle and astrology readings based on planetary alignments
• Moon phase tracking and lunar cycle information
• Sacred practice and meditation recommendations
• Home screen widgets displaying cosmic information

The App is designed for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection purposes.

3. Free Service

Verbum Astro is provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, in-app purchases, or hidden costs. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but any existing free features will remain free.

4. Nature of Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The content is generated based on general planetary alignments and cosmic events
• Readings are not personalized to your specific birth chart or personal circumstances
• The App does not provide professional psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice
• You should not make important life decisions based solely on content from this App
• The accuracy of astrological or oracle readings cannot be guaranteed

5. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that:

• You use Verbum Astro entirely at your own discretion and risk
• The App is intended for personal entertainment and reflection
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• Your interpretation and use of the content is your sole responsibility

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CEREN DASTANOGLU, AQUARION LABS, AND THEIR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any actions taken or decisions made based on content from the App
• Any emotional, psychological, or spiritual effects from using the App
• Loss of data or device malfunction
• Service interruptions or unavailability
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Verbum Astro, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, and user interface elements
• Oracle messages and readings
• Meditation and practice descriptions
• App design and layout

is the property of Ceren Dastanoglu and Aquarion Labs and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Verbum Astro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App in a manner that sends more requests than a human can reasonably produce
• Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit the App or its content
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

9. No User-Generated Content

Verbum Astro does not allow users to submit, post, or share any content. There are no user accounts, profiles, comments, or community features. All content is provided by the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our commitment to not collecting any personal data. Please review it to understand our practices.

11. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice

The App uses Apple's CloudKit service to deliver content. Your use of CloudKit is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any third-party services or their availability.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.
